EDIT:Fixed the problem by copying the picture to Paint. Now it'll be a tad blurry.

Did this on GIMP, and as you can tell, I'm a beginner on GIMP.
Hope you like it anyways ^^ I can always colour it the traditional way.

The white bits dazzle me
A method I use to get rid of them is using color range tool in Photoshop.

Very nice, it looks good! The only thing that bothers me is the white-ish parts around the lines (although I really don't know how GIMP works myself, so I don't really know much on that), but besides that it looks pretty awesome!
And sorry if that comes off a little weird, 'cause I always get nervous with giving critique or anything like that.

The reason behind that is because a certain tool I used on GIMP made the lines that I originally drew come up as gray, and the areas around them came up as light gray, where they were supposed to be black.
It doesn't, and don't be bothered to give critiques!

Nice shading expechally on the wings. The stance is amazing. Coloring choices r nice. a bit more brightness wouldn't have been bad. It looks really shiny.....
