Description Sudden rain on an otherwise extremely sunny day in Fenghuang. Apart from the many people running on the main streets, like in , the small alleys in the ancient city were empty. It allowed me to take a few shots of a thing occurring rarely in Fenghuang: emptiness.

lol "when" is the the important part lol

actually when i tried it i had such a hard time protecting the camera! i actually stuck an umbrella down my back but that didnt really help!

any tips?

Well... I've got a camera that's able to withstand the weather, but a simple plastic shopping bag with a hole the size of your lens can do miracles for you!

I'm not sure what it is exactly, but there's something extremely beautiful about this piece somehow. Something about the lonely umbrella in the great composition and the beautiful red lanterns... gorgeous!
