A Special-Ops team of autobots were on their way to rendezvous after hearing Optimus Prime’s call to meet up on earth,when the decepticon Soundwave in his alt mode of a satellite hit them with a EMP knocking them from their trajectory and crash landing in the UK, and leaving them with temporary memory loss and shorting out their long range communications leaving them unable to contact any other autobot on earth.

Tin Speed is young and full of life and finds endless joy in seeing the humans, both he and his team members are protecting from the decipticons
Because of his extremely small size as one of the smallest mini-car class (minibot) autobots, Tin Speed had the hardest time to find an alt mode for himself, it was only after breaking into a micro-car museum, that he found one that worked. Although he lacks the firepower of his team mates, Tin Speed makes up for is speed, SERIOUS speed, all due to his light weight and ultra small size, making him the perfect scout.

I knew I HAD to use the Isetta, it is just too cute, but the problem soon became it’s so small I really couldn't get a lot of 'robot' out of it. The solution came to be make his third wheel to be used instead of feet, and have him ride it like gizmo duck, but after a couple of tries it just didn’t work. So I decided to just cut the Isetta itself in half and have him ride the back half of his alt mode like a unicycle.
