I took me some days to finish.
The most time took me the wings but I'm not satisfacted of the total result. They're too much detailed.
There are some shinings and dark shadows on the wings and other parts of the griffin's body but they aren't there in real. It's a photo and the light just reflected from the drawing.

I like the texture of the fur. Your rendering of the beak and eyes are excellent. I like the ears.
Your use of gesture and color is striking. The anatomy flows until the back feet. The back feet are more cat-like than leonine. The size of them adds to the depth artificially. I think that if they were more lion-like and larger that it might add a bit more ferocity. Back claws are excellent at gutting things too.
It's very hard not to overdo feathers. Less = more and allowing them to gestalt is a very, very hard thing to do with them because they're so intricate. You think hey I'll just tweak that pin feather and then that one and... before you know it they've become more detailed but less like what you were aiming for. Your upper wing is better. The shading/shadow near the corner saves it.
Overall a great Griffin.

There is not much I can say other then WOW! I love the texture of the fur, and the feathers on the wings. The pose is very nice, though maybe the legs/feet could be worked on a little bit.
It is very detailed, and the background complements the colors of the Griffon wonderfuly. The eyes, and mouth are perfectly aligned. As well as the ears are beautiful in every way.
You captured the overall image of a typical griffon. The only advice I could add is having the back feet a little more like a lions, there are slightly too small/thin. But I love the picture over all. Very nice job! (:
