Description I pledge allegiance to my Flag,
Of the United States of America;
Not to this Republic o'er which it flies,
Nor pledge I to those who lead it,
But to the intentions from which it was born
And to those same for which it would be borne.
I do not pray for peace,
Nor do I pray for war.
I pray for the ability to abide in both.
For though it be peace I crave,
Still to me was given shield and sword.
With perseverant vigilance will I unearth
All malevolence from within and without,
That my valor may justly preserve
That pure innocence I do so love.
I live in this land
That I may die on this land.
But better still that I might die for this land I love.
One nation--one people indivisible--under God,
Sharing Liberty and Justice for all.

Very nicely stated with a beautiful dramatic flare, no less! But here comes the ACLU to the rescue to ensure you remove half the offensive words so that ten people will be happy with it. I think our founding fathers would flip in their grave if they see what is happening in American society today. Amen!

Ever hear the song "Ultimate Showdown(of Ultimate Destiny" by Lemon Demon? I wholly believe that if/when Lincoln comes back, it'll be with bullets. Lots of bullets.

And he was one of the less aggressive presidents.
