Description
This is Spud the gargoyling cat. He sits very still, in the dark, on a fence post (usually) and glares at people like a gargoyle as they walk past. When he's not doing that he's most often found hasseling me for fish or pinching all the duvet.watercolour on hot pressed paper

I love this piece!
You say it was designed as a bookmark? I'd buy one

This looks suspiciously like my cat, Gaz. She does this.

I love the crooked strangeness. Cats are better when they're weird.

funny you should say that....that's exactly what it was designed for. I've done a reverse side with a piece of calligraphy - an old proverb "You will always be lucky if you know how to make friends with strange cats" - just got to get the hang of my laminating machine so i can finish them.

yeah...lamination usually kicks my butt pretty good. I almost always get something caught in it that isn't supposed to be, then it crickles and ruins everything!
