Description
In my slumber, I envisioned undulating waves,
Rising and falling with a rhythmic grace,
Their cresting crests and troughs soigné and sublime,
Their aquatic tenacity unfaltering over time.

In verdant seas, they would surge and play,
Whitecaps sparkling in the sun's warm ray,
Currents roiling, ebbing, and flowing,
Their effervescent temperament ever-growing.

I dreamt of briny tempests, fierce and wild,
The waves so powerful, great ships beguiled,
But in my reverie, I was safe and sound,
As the waves serenaded with hypnotic sound.

And so, I dreamt, 'til the morning light,
Of waves so massive, breaking with delight,
And the memory of their graceful power,
Glimmers in my mind, like a diamond tower.
