The spark always burns out eventually.Edit:I've submitted this as a print! It doesn't have the signature, and is higher quality.
I've had this idea in my head for so long, but didn't get a chance to get it taken until today! And yes, it is cynical, but I do believe in love; but pure passion--physical lust--does not last.

Edit: As everyone always says... I can't believe it, a DD! This is probably the piece that I worked the hardest on/spent the most time planning, so thank you so, so much to Uralowa and shesamonster for the suggestions and Shalora for the DD. I've been sick for the past week, but this completely made my day!

I definitely see what you mean, and I actually struggled with that quite a bit and ended up having to compromise. For some reason, no matter what the camera settings, the fire couldn't be seen on the tip of the heart-- only once it started to fan out to the rest of it. So, I had to compromise and show that it was at least burnt.
