Talk about shock and aww, man. Your flame effects are noticably better, the tails is moving now, said khajiit's face is adorable and mischievous, and the smoke effects are wonderful, not to mention the lighting.

A very wonderful gif ^^ I especially love your use of lighting effects and giving the fire so much energy! (especially since trying to make fire in photoshop and other various applications proves quite the challenge for me X3) Thought I do recommend you have the glow affect other things in the room as well (such as just giving a slight orange glow on nearby surfaces or the immediate ground below the fire, your call though ^^. As for the smoke, I feel you almost have it nailed, the shading is downright gorgeous, but, it just feels kinda...dunno, flat around the hand is all. The darkening around the hand is ok, but, it doesn't really extend beyond that.
