My take on the most beautiful love story. The one thing snape could never ask for but always hoped for..Explanation:
The sketch depicts a "Snapetronus" (Snape's patronus) emanating from Lily's wand. (Notice the little L on the wand). I hope Harry Potter fans will be able to perceive the significance of this if they remember the "Always" scene.

It looks really well drawn, but I would crop off the excess white space on top, reduce the size slightly, and boost the brightness and contrast so that it is easier to see.
