Annie Universe, but she is called Annie Morning Magne in hell. Granddaughter of Satan, she is nicknamed the Angel from the Bottomless Pit, or the Daughter of Morning. She doesn't know much about her father, but she knows she was born on the mortal plane and brought to Hell by her mother to live in their Hotel at a young age. Steven and Charlie met while Charlie was younger, while he was 20, she was around 50 in human years. Demons age much more slowly than humans do, naturally born in hell that is. This was far before she decided to open her Hotel.

Charlie ran away after a particularly bad fight with her parents, accidentally ending up in Beach City while she hid. Steven recognized she needed help and essentially took her home. Steven had no idea she wasn't a human until she saw her demonic form, horns and all. He couldn't judge her, and found her quite fascinating. For once he was relieved to not be the strangest person on the planet. They soon began to fall in love, although it took awhile for the two to admit it.

When Annie was born, she was born incomplete due to her gem DNA being rejected by her human-demon hybrid form. She need a piece of a gem to survive, so Steven gave up half of his gem. Much like her mother and father, she's quite loving and kind to those around her. She loves to sing and dance, play instruments, and essentially make everyone happy. However this hides a malevolent anger that makes her lash out when pushed to her breaking point. Her gem powers interact rather unexpectedly with her demonic abilities, making her unpredictable and dangerous. She's known to be bit of a heartbreaker, and isn't afraid of flaunting her looks and physique.
