Basically a bit like chicken or turkey... and garlicky ;} And really nice! Like frog legs and such, it is the art not to think too much about what you are eating... As should be when eating any meat (pigs can ogle you so sweetly... and they are one of the 10 most intelligent creatures there are (in the range of dogs it seems), for instance)
