Just completed this commish for . I'm rather happy with it, over all.It's good to get some work done...finally
The oc's name is Alacrity...I believe the character is from Guild Wars. She has many different looks but I settled on this uniform option in particular.
I have to admit, this one was a little challenging due to the amount of detail involved.

I really tried to give her that ripped,whip-cord look. Maybe she can't bench a sedan , but she's fast and strong enough to do some serious hurtin'!

Breathtaking, magnificent .. this is as Ala is meant to be ~ a petite yet powerful killer, who confidently tackles opponents twice her size .. your labours on this are deserving of superlatives beyond my vocabulary ..
however praise is best told by the numerous revisions initiated not by myself but by the perfectionist in TT;
what is not shown here are the initial sketches .. these were such a profound take on Ala's dynamism that I had to commish for both .. and yet, they never made it further. Most anyone else would proceed, encouraged by my enthusiasm, but this artist discarded those fabulous drawings as "not strong enough", and so we have this magnificent composure (and the one to follow~!).
TT treated this as a personal project; it is not unusual for an artist to extensively revise portraits of their own OC's .. but to do this for another's is above and beyond the expectations of this commissioner.
Created by a master craftman who takes immense pride and unbelievable attention to detail in his work.

You got her essence down perfectly, that mischievous smirk, her fast & deadly body, which my reference pics could not even hint at ..
the GW dolls being the nearest thing I had but still a tame replica of Ala's original concept from a decade or so ago ~
thus your art in many ways is a more true reference for her.

A little 'wrestling'(wwf) to guild wars, but I believe it... I've seen much weird characters in there...
Though, very nice job on the drawing-&-painting. Seems cool & fresh-4-fighting, more outfit for challenging Sonya at Mortal Kombat
