Don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Goth culture (as you should probably know by now!) and I truly believe that Goths are some of the nicest people out there.But it isn't a bad thing to laugh at one's self once in a while
And I know that not ALL goths are like this, and many are happy to embrace Emo culture (or at least tolerate it). But there still seem to be a lot of Goths out there who seem to hate Emos for no apparent reason....
Anyway, this (and other comics) was the "Easter Egg" that was on BlackWaterFall.com, so some sharp-eyed deviants have already seen it

This is so saddening, the prejudice and segregation we impose.
In my area is really common to joke about pastel and cyber goths, as if Tradicional goths were the only 'valid, true' goths.
It really makes me nervous, to think people aren't gonna be takes seriously if they're wearing a bit more colors than you.

I personally don't mind Emos, so long as they aren't whiny and pretentious. I think most of 'em can actually be pretty cool.

I love these drawings and that is one reason I stopped using the label goth. The only reason they think Marilyn Manson and other bands that fall victim to the "POSER" label is because the mainstream world knows about them and plays them on the radio and the sickest thing is that these are young kids their picking on and I have a question......DO THESE PEOPLE EVEN TRY to get to know these people before they start acting like children? C'mon at this point ur worse than the emo kids.....

While I'm not completely into Emo, I don't stoop low and make one feel bad. I think that you should be able to express yourself however you like. Personally, I think some of the emo looks are quite nice (and if I may add, some emo guys are totally cute 
Sure, it gets annoying when people say Goth and Emo are the same when they are different but hating on someone won't help any. Really nice little comic.

Not gonna lie I used to be one of those people who hated emo and scene kids but then you grow up and realize it's stupid to hate someone you don't know. Yes, it can get annoying when people whine about how horrible their life is, or act sad for no reason for attention, but if people opened their eyes they'd see that's an INDIVIDUAL case. Emo's aren't the only ones that do that and you look just as bad as anyone else for assuming things about a group and slapping aΒ nasty label on them. It's called stereotypes people. Remember when we were accused of Satanism or how supposedly everyone's favorite place to shop is Hot Topic? It's the same thing when you assume emo's do everything for attention or they're supposedly posers. I've known plenty of happy emo's who have never once cut themselves and if they were sad it was for a damn good reason.
I guess what I'm trying to say is if you're going to get annoyed get annoyed at the person, not the whole group. Because it makes you look like a judgmental hypocrite.

This couldn't be more accurate! I'm goth, but get mistaken for emo all the time. It pisses me off that the goth community isn't that accepting of those who aren't traditional goths.

they are not "goth" or "dark", and they listen bands "emo punk" not the traditional Gothic Bands.

i think that the reson some goths dont like emos is cuz they belive that emos just stoll there look and tried to make it better... then every buddy else started doing it.... no emos did not steel gothic culture, nore vice verca
