Felt pen and mouse, Paint Shop Pro.2 hour sketch, 10 hour lineart, 6 hours colouring. Whoosh.
"Thou must never allow the desert man in black armour to lay his hands on the sacred Triforce...
Thou must never suffer that man, with his evil heart, to enter the Sacred Realm of legend...
That evil man who cast the death curse upon me and sapped my power...
Because of that curse, my end is nigh...
Though your valiant efforts to break the curse were successful, I was doomed before you started...
Yes, I will pass away soon...
But do not grieve for me...
I have been able to tell you of these important matters...
This is Hyrule's final hope...

I really should do this style/process more often! It was so much easier for me ;D Some of you should know the only reason I don't draw Young Link often is because I'm afraid of creating an image that lets the character down...

Almost forgot to mention that ~laurabeth , =EtherealPanda , ~WindDragon91 , and ~darkfoxprime watched me do (most of) the lineart over the webcam, and those guys rock 8D

Your Link looks much slender the the original one, but I like him your way. I like the fierce gaze you gave him !
