Love this - especially those barnacle-like patches of skin, which are gorgeously monstrous - but I can't help wondering why ANYONE would suspend a double hook or anchor anywhere near their naughty bits, or even just all the major veins/arteries of their inner thighs.
So either we've got a remarkably masochististic monster or someone's done the equivalent of putting it in the equivalent of hobbles, so it can't move except VERY slowly and carefully....
