Apps/Widgets: WidgetLocker (12X12 layout) with a modified ArrowSlider theme, mclock (time), Minimalistic Text (date), Beautiful Widgets (1/1 weather widget)

Download "ADW Launcher EX" and "MultiPicture Live Wallpaper" from the market and try these settings:
ADW Settings: General Behaviour->Animation and effects->
Infinite Scroll: off - Screen Transition Effect: Cube - Desktop Scrolling Speed: 900 - Desktop Bounce: 0 - Wallpaper Scrolling: Yes - Sense Previews: Yes
MultiPicture settings: Transition Type: 3D rotation - ... and also set your wallpapers from this app (you can use a special folder for each screen if you want it to change between specific ones or choose just one for each.

Other than what you see I highly recommend "Chomp SMS" to replace the standard sms/mms-client. WinAmp is really awesome and allows folder browsing, if you are already used to it in windows, also it allows the best sound possible from what I tried so far with it's EQ.
AndExplorer for browsing the phones files.
Epinephrine Pro to replace msn-messenger default app.
TypeFresh allows you to replace and restore system fonts.
Voodoo Screen Tuning lets you install better screen calibrations (screen can differ very much from model to model)
GReader Pro lets you make widgets of RRS feeds so that you can create personalized transparent news feeds from what you like to read directly on one of your screens.

You are free to ask anything and I will try to help. But if you go into the Jorte calender settings you will understand why I will not explain every little step to how I got it to look like that. It's because all the settings are not labeled very easily to write off and explain. It's really trial and error. Search through the settings and you will see how to make it transparent.
To change an already created Jorte widget you tap on the right outer border of the widget frame..
You can use a different theme for the widget and a different for the actual application. Create the theme you want for the widget inside the app, it's easier.
Other than that it's much easier you just try it.

Ok I got the days transparent but I can't figure out how to get the Tasks and week days to change color. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I honestly dont remember exactly what were where.. but try to save your theme so far.. go through different original themes and go into there color settings and see what the trend is and if you recognize different colors in the theme and in settings.
Otherwise as I said, it's just trial and error.
Or.. change just one at a time, and try to find the color that represents a certain field, sometimes it will be easy, other times it takes quite a bunch.
Anyways it's really tidious work
I just went through my phone trying to find jorte themes with root explorer, but couldnt find anything. Seem to be hidden..
If you find out how to share themes, tell me and I could share mine with you. (given that transparency settings is included in the theme and is not separate, I dont know)

Oh I think I'm not allowed to.. since it's a modification on another authors skin and not renamed. But just download the basic one and open all the weather icons in photoshop, invert and save.

I remember some icons where both white and black. Just place a black and white layer so you can see the icon itself on different backgrounds so that you know what is there.. Most are either black or white though.

Hmm still for the weather icons?
I just implied that you could add a white and a black background layer to turn on and off to be sure to see all that is the icon, afterwards you delete those help layers when you inverted the icon, or parts of it depending on if some parts are black or white.. You can use a layer mask and mask out the invert-adjustment layer...
If you think the icon is not strong enough you can duplicate the icon layer and merge it together, another tip

It's a custom widgetlocker theme made by me, plus some apps. The background and the whole theme is inspired from your LS Sleek which I intend to give credit for. All was recreated, nothing ripped from your work.
