Description I wanted to paint grapes for really long time and kept forgetting about it. Then I got a calendar at a local farm market with wonderful pictures of fruits and vegetables and just had to paint something similar to the grapes picture that was in it. I haven't been using enough green lately and I wanted that to be the main color, while keeping the same fun and colorful style. Β

Rainbow grapes are real (not the photoshopped versions), when they get ripe they go from green to dark purple and sometimes you can see them in many colors due to different stages. I just made mine look similar to that, only a whole a lot more exaggerated. So yes, different colors have slightly different taste =]

What delightul grapes, seem very kidy like, but that just makes it all the more interesting to look at, makes a good paintig to frame and put on the kitchen... helpsto inspire when we don't know what to cook
