I painted this in November as a Christmas gift for *Wellgarth ! Thank you for being there for me all this time and the past years too, hope it makes to you safe and sound <33
The actual sizes/anatomy/ details (specially Medeus) might be off but I wanted to focus on the composition, atmosphere of the overall image and I'm glad how it turned out. And specially since I haven't touched my watercolors in such a long time... I still love using them as always.

To be honest, when I played Shadow Dragon's final chapter, it wasn't at all this exciting... They need to remake it again for 3DS. XD

Hahah, I'm working on playing Shadow Dragon currently, another remake of it would be pretty sweet indeed... but for me mostly because I personally don't really like the art style in it. xD

Great picture, Marth is the light shining in the dark to defeat the eternal darkness aka Medeus....
Too bad that the most Marth-fans only know him from SSB and not play his game/know his story =/

I definitely think that you did a great job capturing the atmosphere in this scene! In the game, it's all dark and the sword makes a little sparkle, haha, so the glowing sword in the darkness was a really cool touch. You could also see so little of Medeus, that he just looked vastly enormous, and filled in the rest with your imagination. He was like a giant mouth coming from the darkness itself, and it really was like fighting for your life.
Always glad to see the greatest FE Lord get some love that's not SSB, and show why he truly is the legend he is
