I've changed her design and I think this time I did it exactly how I imagined! She looks much better now

Magic and Abilities: Tiffany is an extremely strong and skilled water Mage. Her magic allows her to manipulate and create water (even when she's not near a water source). Juvia is nothing near her, and Tiffany can easily defend Juvia in a battle. Her magic allows her to create the water very hot or extremely cold that is almost ice. Of course, she can breathe underwater and she even becomes more powerful when she's near a water source than when she creates her own water. Her magic strength also depends of her emotions.
Many people believe that she doesn't deserve the S-Class rank because she doesn't use her full power in a battle. Only The Guild Master knows her abilities.

History:
When she was a child, she was found by a young Water Mage, Callie Mizuiro who took her to raise as her own child. At the age of 4, she started to learn the Water Magic. After 4 years she started to understand and to use better her magic. One day she decided to join the Fairy Tail Guild, and left Callie and her younger sister (Callie's daughter) and went to join the Fairy Tail Guild.
