The movie! The snake skin you used reminds me of the railing that changed into a snake and the spikes just give off that vibe.

Ohh, that's right!  I totally forgot about that.  XD  The surface shader here is based on a photo of Nile monitor, so it fits that it would strike that vibe.

You are familiar with Kentrosaurus aethiopicus, are you not?

Ok, I see that now! nice incorporation, I actually never have heard of that name before, I'm guessing by the picture its the technical name of stegosaurus.

Kentrosaurus is a genus within the stegosaur family, on the left side of the thyreophoran family tree here:

Hence the joke about "thyreothorns."  :rimshot:

(Briefly, stegosaurs went one direction and ankylosaurs went another).
