This is Raphael! He is a cut character from the first comic that just never found his way back into the cast of characters. Riffle took his place in favor of personality over his design. He's a very timid wolf, who was originally supposed to be nothing more than just Tsume's savior. You'll learn later why that's significant as to why he was replaced.

While he doesn't have a place in any of the comics yet, he might eventually make a comeback if I need a character with his personality.
