Very funny and true indeed. It's amazing at the stupid and crazy stuff that people will do all for the sake of cheaply made consumer goods. I always value quality, yet sometimes, it is unaffordable sadly. Black Friday is like hell on earth. People act like animals ad it looks like a scene out of Dawn of the Dead. I mean, shopping is fine and all, but attacking and going to extremes as to injure someone just to get something on sale is insanity. I like the comical side of this and the truth that it represents. Black Friday for me is done online. That way there is no insanity and no feeling like a selfish shithole as people are being maimed and their things being stolen.

So I learned something new on Google today: most men need a max of 38 grams of sugar, 344 grams of carbs, a max of 76 grams of fat, 56 grams of protein and 30 grams of fiber daily; most women, meanwhile, need a max of 26 grams of sugar, 275 grams of carbs, a max of 44 grams of fat, 46 grams of protein and 26 grams of fiber daily. What's shocking by my finding on Google is that most Americans take in too much sugar and fat, while they don't take in enough fiber, protein or carbs -- and that's according to what I discovered earlier today.

Those are some amazing facts! I never knew the specifics of what each sex required (it's wild how different those are for both!) I knew Americans don't eat the right amounts of foods anymore (too many eat pre-packaged food too often.) Nice find sir! I love learning new information like that.

Nothing overtly exciting,I fear. Finally back on finishing up the current picture book. Still have maybe ten or fifteen illustrations for it and then I can copyright it,before seeing about finding a publisher. That's pretty much it for the moment. How about you sir? What's new with you? You've been hitting the art and videos out of the park,I know that!

Well, I've been on a nearly 16-month sabbatical from my revising of Secrets of the Earth, book two of my Bronwyn Chronicles saga.

Sometimes it's good to do that,to get your wind and perspective back. I did that, not long ago, myself! It definitely helps,I think. Recharges all the right synapses!

So I'm involved in a debate on the forum as it pertains to Christianity. Apparently another person, whom I won't name, believes that the Jewish way is the only way to believe God (or so I think). I offered the suggestion that my being a Baptist Christian is generally a belief in the King James' Bible which holds the truth of all of God's wisdom and teachings as does a Third Testament (which was published some nine decades ago and consisted of more than several dozen Biblical books which were previously banned from the Bible despite retaining the original Biblical Christian traits and ideologies) which also includes Enoch's three books, John's second and third Revelations, Abraham's Apocalypse vision and a book on Adam and Eve, among other things that were shut out of the original KJB for confidential reasons still mostly unknown even several millennia later.

Yeah, there have been a number of excised parts of the Bible. Editing has been prevalent throughout its history. I'm sure there are even parts referring to Christ's missing years. Religious texts are fascinating in that way--mysteries added to mysteries. I think The Book of Enoch even preceded The Old Testament,if I'm remembering correctly.

It may have. And it's funny to figure that out since at least one of the other twenty-one books besides Enoch's trilogy may have taken place before the Old Testament's events took place in chronological order.

Yeah, it's an interesting bit of history. Most people don't even acknowledge it,even if they're aware of it.
