Description Doctor... Who?

The fabulous Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh incarnation. That's Radagast for the Ringers out there, and King Lear's Fool for the theatre fanatics. I fall into all three fan categories, so I'm very fond of the fellow.

And the daleks, of course. I had way too much fun drawing these classy golden daleks. Even pulled out the metallic inks for the undercoat. Shiny.

Once again, credit to the Beeb for their timeless characters.

Fantastic! I wonder how excited Peter Jackson was to cast a Doctor to be Radagast. Probably ecstatic. lol

Sylvester'd auditioned for Lord of the Rings too, as I recall.

He is fantastic. I'm always pleased when his Doctor Who radio dramas come up on the BBC website.

I'm honoured. Many thanks! Β

Indeed. I've only seen a few of his episodes, but I absolutely love the radio dramas he starred in. He made a great doctor.

Many thanks!

Your welcome! Β Β Towards his last televised season (especially during the THE CURSE OF FENRIC story), McCoy's doctor started becoming this darker/mysterious doctor. Which he was the role he was meant to play.

He was superb at it, no doubt. And yes, explosions were something they've always done well.
