I’m mainly looking for some points Might be a bit until I accept anyone’s offer, I really like his guy. (Probably won’t sell him for under 200 points, sorry)
If you win him, you can really change whatever you want. Just please don’t make him completely unrecognizable.

-Probably Rainwing (Maybe has some Nightwing heritage?)
-Based off of a Wendigo, a Native American legend.
-Can spit venom
-Can change color (usually darker colors)
-They have trouble speaking/communicating with others. He speaks in broken English, usually with a lot of growls and animalistic noises.
-Has Rainwing horns underneath Skull. (Maybe they got cut off?)
-Male
Possible names - Wither (Decay, Wilt, Drought, Tomb)
-Wither was Bought/Stolen as an egg. He was purchased by the Sandwing leader of a gang in the desert. The Sandwing was very cruel to Wither, keeping him simply as a pet and didn’t treat him as a dragon. The Sandwing would punish him for “speaking out of turn” so Wither learned to be very quiet and only really made growls and other animalistic noises. He was also kept in ropes to tie him up. Wither wasn’t able to eat often, and when he could it was always a small amount of meat like a snake or a scorpion, although there was on time that he was brought the remains of a deer carcass. Wither kept the skull and some other bones in his “den” (cage). One day Wither was tired of being hungry and got out of his cage and attempted to steal some food. A smaller, younger Sandwing caught him but Wither attacked immediately, spraying venom all over them and biting into the Sandwings throat. It was then that Wither gained the taste for dragon blood. He took his bones and wore the deer skull on his own head. He escaped and ran for a long long time, struggling to learn how to survive. But now he realizes he was vengeance against the Sandwing Gang… he wants the skull of his “master”.
