Your animal series is very enjoyable (I like the combination of realistic outlines with those block patterns and abstract backgrounds of yours) but this adorable little snail truly tops it for me. What I like best is that you didn't choose the obvious lateral view for the shell but changed the angle a bit to up front as if the snail were just changing course.
How can an animal that's usually considered rather slow appear so dynamic?!

Aaaaaa snail, I love snails! This has got to be my favorite of your artworks, what you do with the dabs of paint following the contours works really well with this 'cause it looks just like the texture of an actual snail!

Oh wow! This is really realistic! The different patterns on the snail really add that effect. The color is even accurate to that of a real snail. And snails, at least to me, are adorable! Amazing job on this! Keep up the good work!
