Those eyes are very beautiful. Did you edit the colors, or use lens? Either way is fine, because it leaves impression on the picture!
However, I do have some suggestions on this one:
First of all, the light here is harsh to me, so darkering the light a bit maybe a nice try. The other thing is, the left eye is not in its full shape, and it's a little irritating to viewers. Maybe you could try to capture the full 2 eyes in the picture frame, or focus on only 1 eye, so that people can enjoy them thoroughly.
There is one more thing I want to say, that the eyelash in the sunshine gets its shadow covering the eyes. Some may tell that it interferes the view, but to me it's an interesting one to see. Maybe a little sharpness touch on the eyes could make the photo more impressive
That's all for my suggestions! The contrast and lighting here are really superb. Very nice to kickoff a new year atmosphere - fressness and purity
