This guy's been floating around on the discord server for the past week my upload schedule here's just garbage
But YEAH this is Cronen, he's a shifty medic who works out of his "home office" as a backalley doctor/surgeon and does iffy science experiments (often to himself) in his free time. While he doesn't have many associates he has plenty of clients- mostly because he doesn't ask questions and is willing to do things that most doctors won't.
He's awful, self serving, and doesn't have the capacity to care about other people. And he wasn't always like that. He also didn't always used to be a bug but like y'know Life Finds A Way.

I've been wanting to make this boy for a while now and ended up using all my all-traits on him and I honestly couldn't be happier.
