Yeah you are improving, if you have any question about drawing though maybe I could help with what I know
I have talk with some of successful artists, and what I can learn is to be a full time artist is sooooo damn difficult! you really need to work so hard, since artwork don't lie, if the client see that its not good then it's not good. And there are so many great artist we have to compete with, so we really need to work so hard since there is no shortcut to be a great artist, you gotta learn.
I hope you can achieve your dream, keep practicing and keep promoting your art! when you reach the peak (and that will take a lot of hard work, but if it's really your dream than it's worth all the pain

I have a lot difficulty with perspective, some angles and anatomy problems like i have so much trouble drawing the shoulders and the joints especially in the arms and ect ;~~; and the face in profile

Concept artist is like, if you ever watch avengers, the people who design all the costume, creature, and the fantasy environment in that movie ire concept artist.
I also have difficult with perspective though, for the rest I can't explain it here ^^" I'll send you a note about what I know
