I love how you get the many details correct that many people don't even notice or care about (It drives me hopping mad)!
Little tip: round and even add some wrinkles for the tear duct, and make sure the duct is visible. Even with make up, the tear duct still exist and inside the eye and blah blah blah
Other than that, I really like it! (I love it when people draw realistic art with human flaws, but it's just a thing to consider
