A glimpse at Kieran's bedside table at one of the inns he stayed in while traveling.
The room key, naturally, loose change, earrings, scraps of paper (some with notes about Erdovelíí, some notes to himself in Bozkirsi), pencil for the notes, and of course a cup of coffee.

(What does the notes say? I have a sneaking suspicion that you just wrote the corresponding 1-11 numbers in Bozkirsi on the first paper XDD)

Eh, it was kind of on the spot xD I didn't put too much thought into it. Plus I have a (very) small collection of foreign coins, so I was influenced by those. (Two of the coins in my reference pic are from Chile, one from Morocco)
You're right about the numbers! In Erdovelíí though since that's what Kieran was trying to learn x3 the one next to it are various words he was trying to memorize, like yes/no, thank you, hello, goodbye, how much. I think that's all I put on that one xD Then in the far left in Bozkirsi... what DID I write?? Something about the morning. Maybe something about leaving the next morning? (like to go to the next place). I'm pretty sure the one below says something along the lines of "I don't understand him". Writing notes about Imré xD

Nah, there are words that I do have memorized, but there's no way I can remember everything @ A @ So I have a dictionary (in the form of a spread sheet) for each of my conlangs that I add to whenever I make a new word.
