Description
Flip was always my favorite character in the movie Little Nemo Adventures in Slumberland when I was a kid. I always wanted to fly around on a giant crow and just say "Screw the rules, let's have fun!" XD My interest in Flip was recently rekindled by both an RP I was involved in over on Myspace and by discovering where to read the original comics from the 1900's online. Yep that's right, Little Nemo is much older than you think. And he didn't originate from an NES game and he isn't a computer animated clownfish dammit. >.>

I drew him here Winsor McCay style, copying off a scene in one issue where he denies being a child, saying that he's 23. But because I left my colored pencils at my dorm and I'm on vacation, I opted to shade him in with my pen instead. Done all in regular ink. It looked better on paper. As with all my deviations, they're only as good as my scanner. x.x
