Actually, in Birthmark, we see that Raven is bare under her leotard thanks to Slade & Raven's powers ripping it into a torn two-piece.

i always figured that was just her ripped leotard, not her underwear. in fact im 100% sure thats what it was

I know it was her leotard. What I'm saying is that Slade ripped into two pieces to make it resemble a bikini two piece, but the fact that there was no bra or anything of the sort revealed during the ripping sequence, that leaves little to the imagination (i.e. suggests that Raven has nothing underneath her superhero outfit), which in turn, makes things very awkward, especially for a certainly changeling who Raven was dating from 2003-2011 in the comic source.
