You drew this image, right? Copyright law allows for "fair use" even in commercial settings (meaning you can sell it). As long as it's transformative, it's not copyright infringement. From the copyright.gov website: "Transformative uses are those that add something new, with a further purpose or different character, and do not substitute for the original use of the work." -- My interpretation of this image is that it is definitely transformative. It would be different if your selling a print of this would effect the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work. This would not. And even if it did, your impact here would most likely be positive by driving more interest to the copyright holder's work, so you couldn't really be sued for it. It's like suing someone for a negative value. IE: You owe me (-$100) for driving more business to me (no one would do that, because they'd be paying, you, the defendant).
I've watched Guilty Crown and if I seen this without you specifying that it was Inori I wouldn't have known this character was even the same (in fact, I only just now know this because I paid attention since you said that about copyright).
Overall, you have virtually zero chance of this being copyright infringement.
Please reconsider your interpretation of the rules. I'd like to see a large print of this.
