The captain of my Fourth Division, Anki Chinatsu is an odd woman. The second oldest captain and active Shinigami, she's famous for literally completely revolutionizing the fourth division, and is thus one of the most popular captains. Her eyes, colored amber by her zanpakutou and similar to a tiger's own, serve not only as a hint to her abilities, but as a very unnerving tool. Said to be able to see the true hearts of any man, she often offers a kind smile in order to soften her gaze. Regardless of how disturbing her gaze can be, she's still incredibly beautiful, and probably ties for my favorite captain.

Her haori and robes tend to slide down her shoulders at time because she gets hot quickly. Or at least, that's what she says~
