Well first of all, Andross has that TERRIFYING intro to his boss fight in Starfox64/Lylat Wars, Metroids have their immunity to anything that isn't the Ice Beam/Missile Combo and their ability to evolve into increasingly powerful and fearsome forms and Giratina is an Uber-Level Legendary who combines the two most terrifying Types: Ghost and Dragon.
