It's really rough! And I think I could maybe do better with the overall gesture these days.  It was definitely fun to do though.

Looks fun! I wish I could draw like that... I tried to draw a Hiccup-as-a-dragon design the other day (because, why not?) and... fail.
On the sites I'm using it as a profile pic (FitctionPress, FanFiction, Movellas) I've done something along the lines of "Profile pic done by cassendane', and put up a link thingy. That okay?

That's totally fine, thanks for checking.    I'm also having a bit of trouble sketching lately, I think it's mostly a mental block.  I can get sorta one-track-minded about putting together serious drawings and forget to just have fun with shapes and ideas.  Also I'm terrible at drawing animals, so your HiccupDragon would probably still kick any of my dragons' butts.

I doubt that, but thanks I hate mental blocks. I've had one for writing, and... pretty much anything that isn't school related for about 4 weeks now. My brain hates me...!

Whenever I get particularly stressed out or depressed or just uninspired I start pulling up references, other people's artwork, photographs etc and just mindlessly sketch.  I don't know what the equivalent for writing would be, maybe just reading?

Yeah, music helps me a lot too with inspiration.  I just have to be careful with too much browsing, it's like a black hole.  And sometimes I can just get discouraged if I don't break it up a lot.

Thanks! This one has always had sort've a weird feeling to me.. not completely accurate, but I remember trying to push the linework into this punching motion that went with how I felt their fighting style was? I'm really glad you had this reaction.
