Merci.

This is hauntingly beautiful.
It also stood out to me because analogue art is becoming rare in this sea of digital.

Thank you. The original picture for this work is digital. I had to make a negative from the original file using a printer. After this it's all analogue, except the scan for showing it here.

i have not stepped foot into a dark room for about 15 years, so it was refreshing to see somebody applying creativity to the physical process. i like that you shared the original too; it added to my appreciation of the technique that you used. the original photo is excellent too; great job all round

Thank you.
I'd be glad if it gives to some the envy to try this technique.

I haven't, but I do like the results very much.
Is this something created on a specific paper or can it be replicated with a printer?

It's on watercolor paper. It could be possible to print the scanned version but the original Cyanotype print is far nicer, with more subtle tones. The process is just a printing process, it doesn't enlarge the original negative so I made a digital negative, about A4 size from the digital file. So I could make new Cyanotype prints from the digital negative, but I'm sure the results will differ from this one. It depends of many things. Here I made just a 3 minutes exposure in the direct sun light (the chemical is sensible to UV's). It's very short for this process.

Yes, that's why it could well suit for your pictures too.
