Too bulky and oversized for a round that is no bigger then 12 gauge. However it shares this quality with original GW design of bolter that looks as if it was designed for 75mm and not for .75

It's clearly a weapon meant and fit for a Space Marine.

1)Space Marines use .75 ammunition I've already mentioned in their bolters. Those things are SMALLER then shotgun slugs.
2)Space Marine is no taller then an average irl basketball player. Average Catachan has the same sizes. Above average Catachan like Sergeant Harker can carry around a heavy bolter like a MG while Space Marines need a help of their power armor just to lift it. Not to mention the truly gigantic Ogryns. Their sizes aren't gigantic even compared to real world, in 40k they're just average. It's not the size that makes them special, it's training.
3)SM can have plasma, grav and melta side arms. Why do they need something inferior to bolt pistol?
