I began to draw a mermaid, and I colored it with some blue colored pencils I have (I think there where 9 of them) It was nice to work with them but I just hate drawing water... So I'm a little bit disappointed, because it turned out that flat...Hope you like it ._.

Könntest Wasser vieleicht mit etwas weissen Reflexen simulieren wo sich das licht bricht...so paar Helle Strahlen von oben (praktisch Sonne über Wasseroberfläche)

Once again, I think you're being too hard on yourself. She looks great, I never tried coloring with just one shade and I believe it must be difficult. The coloring looks very soft and I think you did a great job.

Your art has such an awesome distinctive style that even before I seen the artist name of the Deviantion I was viewing I knew it was yours!
Anyways I simply adore mermaids and yours is so very pretty! All around downtown here in Newfoundland we have artist sculputures of Mermaids so every time I see them I have to read the little folk lore that goes with it =3
