Morgiana is by far my favorite character from Magi. I decided I wanted to do an action-y shoot featuring her, and so I coordinated with ~HikariTwinkle to make it happen.

I was going for a sort of day-for-night effect. There is one flash with a grid snoot and a CTO gel aimed at ~HikariTwinkle . The grid helps avoid spill and not illuminate much more than the subject. Setting white balance to incandescent and underexposing a bit to give the rest of the shot a more night look. As a post-processing step, I made the wall all one color - that helped easily hide the graffiti covering it.
