The original spries by ~tebited15 but I made it to look like the Luigi's Mansion version. Would you say the frames look right?
I added to different frames to make the animation look a bit better.

The main idle doesn't animate smoothly. Either you mixed the frames up or the movement/placement of frames isn't right.
I'd also suggest making the entire thing faster. It's quite choppy being this slow.
If you speed it up, I don't see anything wrong with the fire blowing.

Well I had two seprate animations put together a 1/5 second idle anmation and the rest 1/10 second. I tried the idle 1/10 sec but it was to fast and I found it weird.

I think you'll find that if you arrange the frames correctly, you'll get something that you can speed up without it looking awkward like this.
