In the past year I had been rethinking about my relationship with this site, and amongst the problems I have listed are the people who want "Free Art" because of some excuse (I can understand if it's a gift or request, but not when you claim to have depression). On The Sims Forums, they don't tolerate beggars at all and it's stated in their site rules that "Don't beg for gifts" as a few years ago they had problems with people just creating accounts and spam the forums with "I want (Insert Store World/Venue/etc here) as (insert excuse here)" to the point people who had posted their Wishlists hadn't got what they wanted. The rules on The Sims Forums are harsh for a reason as children read the forums and ask for advice (Basically the rules can be summed up as: No mature discussions, no bullying and no begging"). But here I've seen people creating accounts and begging for "Free Art" from artists and whine when the artists respond to any they can't do their request or be ungrateful if they do have their request fulfilled. I know it's hard to do requests, especially Stamp Requests. Some artists might be busy, some might have Artists' Block, some might be feeling ill etc, and some might not tolerate people who beg for free art. Certain stamp requests I won't take at all (I don't take Fetish Stamp Requests or any requests that may be offensive) so if someone request an artist a piece of artwork, even if it's free, that may make the artist feel uncomfortable, they won't take it. Some artists and stamp makers don't allow requests at all. It depends on the individual. Good things come to those who wait, and begging for "Free Art" to be made quickly isn't one of those. Artists and Stamp Makers are not your art slaves, and they have a life outside of art.
