I have a question; When you draw on paper, how do you create a blood effect?

Well, creating an effect like this on paper is almost impossible. I think if you had some dark, heavy watercolors you could attempt it, but it would be incredibly difficult to get the desired effect. Creating this kind of haze effect can only really be done with specific screen filters. For blood in cuts though, that's easy.you just draw a line to indicate where the cut is and draw droplets or lines of blood leading from the wound. You need to take the characters body shape and gravity into account, but that's about it. The rest all comes down to coloring.
