Before anything else. The hair. How do you make it like that? It looks natural, it's not just a blob of hair!! I have yet to figure out the secret

C: your welcome~ you just gotta practice a lot and you'll get the hang of drawing hair, look up some references they help a lot when I'm trying to learn to draw hair
X,D I'm to lazy to do tutorials, and for drawing hands I use my own hands to get the idea of how I should position the fingures and palm
