Lovely composition; I especially like the snowfall effect and the fact that a lot of the things you'd find in a Japanese back alley are elevated two or three storeys higher than usual, like the ramen store XD It gives off a very fantastical feeling.
One thing I noticed though; the second row of hanging lanterns near the trees seems to be blurrier than their surroundings. Was that done on purpose?
