good vibrant colors but the background is not completed its ok to leave white patches but i think your was not purposeful but rather it has just not filled in. Normally the focal point is the face so the highest area of contrast would be there and leaving the white patches is not helping. But pretty good composition as its not symetrical.
The hair color is bright but the brush strokes is too repetitive and the hairline is wrong lol.
