About time I made another Venekai!Other guy:
This new guy is also named after a poison: ricin. When I saw that this poison is in a specific seed, I knew I had to make him somewhat based off of it. xD I really liked the markings, though I still went my own route. >3>
He doesn't normally wear anything (at least to start) but I didn't feel like drawing his crotch. ffff
I'm still seeing if I'll wanna end up changing up some of the markings. I dunno just yet.
Me and my long haired boys. :C lol
Next time I drawn anything Venekai I should actually show off some things about them, like their fangs. >C

so I have a quick question about the Venekai! I remember you saying that the spines on their back have a poison on them, but I was wondering about that... Are the spines like an anemone's stingers where the tip is coated in a venom ((Or in this specie's case, a poison)) or is it like a lionfish's spine where it's like a needle that is covered by a type of 'skin' that moves to expose the needle tip where the poison is?
Never mind, I found the info! The link was acting wonky for me before lol. But now I have a new question! Since the poison seeps out when the spines are upright, could they be touched when they're relaxed and flat against the back?
