ho ho ho...This is the Prime Chief Devil from my comic World Ends, with his random hapless victim XD, doing virgin sacrifice? or maybe annual physical examination, I can't tell.
Done in Manga Studio, I need to draw something, but not enough time and energy to do full color, so here you go, inspired by art style in xxxholic of course, as for the subject matter... what can I say? my friend keeps calling me perv, I don't know what they are talking about

ps. a bit of editing, the smoke was sloppy before (not in a good way either)
