Finished the wolf this morning! Wolves in general are really fun to create in scratchboard. The variety of markings and length of fur are truly a recipe for an enjoyable piece. As per usual, I get great joy out of strong backlit/side lit imagery, so this one was all sorts of fun! Sometimes a portrait piece is powerful in the simplicity. The original will be coming with me to the Out West Art Show in March, but I will have prints available if you want one. Enjoy! 😊"Wolf Portrait"
